Weinig verrassingen onder de winnaars

Gisternacht zijn de Oscars, ookwel bekend als the Academy Awards uitgereikt. The Artist won de Oscar voor Beste Film.

De uitreiking van de Oscars vond gisternacht plaats.

Dat The Artist zou winnen was niet echt een verrassing. De film wint de ene award naar de andere. Vreemd was echter dat Drive niet genomineerd was.

Bij Beste Actrice won Meryl Streep voor haar rol in The Iron Lady. Beste acteur was Jean Dujardin voor wederom The Artist. Helaas was er geen Oscar naar Rundskop, de Belgische genominineerde. Die award ging ook niet onverwachts naar A Separation.
